Brandi helped in so many ways to make this Disney family celebration a success. It had been over 20 years since I had been there and I really needed help. She guided me through all the options and set up airport transportation for 3 groups arriving and leaving at different times. Make dining reservations for us at 6AM the first available day we could and alerts to first day to do Lightening Lane passes. So on top for us. It was amazing and much appreciated. Had a great time with kids and grandkids celebrating our 50th anniversary. Look forward to working with Brandi again on future travel. Highly recommend.

Brandi Spellacy worked with us to help plan our kids' first Disneyland trip, and let me tell you - it went off so smoothly! From a car rental all the way to hotel & dining reservations (including a few special details), we were taken care of. She was communicative, warm, professional, and knew her stuff! Kristen is absolutely amazing to work with! She helped coordinate a Disney cruise for our family trip (over 16 people and multiple staterooms)! Very highly recommend Bridget Weckesser for your Disney needs. We just returned from our vacation and it was nothing short of magical. I have booked Disney on my own and using Bridget this time was a game changer. It was truly the most perfect and seamless vacation I have ever been on. Disney can be quite difficult to navigate and she was there for every step of the way, making it so easy to digest. She also really understood what was important to my family in terms of what we wanted to experience & nailed every piece of it. I also really appreciate her willingness to be available for all my questions in real-time while I was actually in Disney. Holly really thought of everything on our trip from reservations to help with the app. We were on our first trip ever to Disney World and it would have been overwhelming without her help. We feel we really maximize our trip and value using Holly.

We highly recommend Holly planning your Disney World trip. Having someone on your side that knows the ins and outs of Disney planning is absolutely essential these days. Holly booked us a room that was in an incredible location, a very short walk from the hub of the Skyliner and a bus stop. Holly also worked her magic to get all of the dining and entertainment reservations we requested. I am very thankful for her services!

Julie helped us plan a trip to Disney World, a surprise trip for our Kids. All of her recommendations were amazing and the trip was wonderful! We stayed at Port Orleans French Quarter and it was small but didn't feel like it. Having her insights for restaurants and help booking them was invaluable. Our check-in day was the Sunday after Hurricane Milton came through and Disney offered to cancel with no fees. Julie assured us that we would be fine and we continued. I am so glad we did as there didn't appear to be any impacts to Disney. We would stay at FQ again! I've already offered Julie's info to anyone needing a Travel Agent and we anticipate using her in the future!
