Reservation Information
Online booking link will be up and running within the next few days. For now, all reservations can be made by contacting Julie Thompson.
The group has group space and unique discount code for hotel and air packages:
-Packages under $999 will receive $25 off the best available rate.
-Packages over $1000 will receive $50 off the best available rate.
Group rates are applicable for stays checking in anytime between April 26 through May 6th. You may stay as few or as many nights as you wish.
Matt and Sam are staying May 1-5. I have their flight info for those wishing to fly out on their flight. They are using flights with one stop via American Airlines.
Airfare
Air will be added at current pricing. It fluctuates on a daily basis but is currently pricing out of Columbus for around $315 per person. It is usually best to make your reservation as early as possible to get the best rates. Currently the flights Matt and Sam have booked are 50% full.
Approximate Pricing
Currently a package for 2 adults for 4 nights with air and hotel is pricing out at around: $1035.
When you contact me, I will give you a quote based off current airfare rates.
Approximate deposit amount: $150 per person. (Could change slightly depending on airline chosen.)
Final Payment due: March 19, 2014.

After a quote has been created, I will need to have a quick call with you to obtain personal information for the reservation, along with payment information. This can also be done via email/Facebook for those who are comfortable.
