Our Process
We know you are dreaming of the perfect vacation. Our goal is to work closely with you to design those once in a lifetime experiences so you only need to worry about experiencing it.
Our Services begin with a complimentary phone consultation. During this call we will discuss your plans and desires for your vacation. It allows us to fully assess and advise you on the best options available, while you have the opportunity to ask questions. At the conclusion of our consultation, we will follow up within 24 hours providing customized quotes for your vacation. Once the perfect package has been determined and you are ready to book your reservation, an invoice will be sent for your Traveling Tier selection. Payment is due upon receipt.
Traveling Tier Pricing
Tier One: Free
Tier Two: $75
Tier Three: $150
*Pricing valid only for guest who book a room and ticket package with their Travel By Design advisor.
Signature service fee covers groups of up to 10 guests. Additional guests are $25 per person.
Signature service fee covers trips of up to 7 nights. Each additional night is $25 per night.
All fees are non-refundable and apply towards current trip only.
Already booked your accommodations and need our signature planning service?
If you booked directly with the Walt Disney Travel Company within the last 30 days, we can transfer your reservation to our agency for no additional cost. All prices above will apply.
If you booked more than 30 days ago, or booked alternative accommodations, tier three service is available to you for $150. Pricing valid for up to a 7 night stay. Add $25 per additional night.
