Hi! My name is Nicole and I live for traveling and planning vacations and I can’t wait to start planning yours!

My final year of college I spent a month in Anchorage, Alaska and Denver, Colorado for school and almost every spare minute outside of my internship was spent traveling around those states. I also visited Hawaii with my family and spent almost a month backpacking across Europe right after college graduation with my sister. That year was so instrumental to me in awakening a desire to travel as much as possible and experience different cultures all around the world.

Since then I have been to six continents and over 45 countries. My list of places I want to travel to is never ending. I either end a trip with a new idea of a place to visit or wanting to return to where I just was (sometimes both)! I’ve been to Rio to watch the Olympics, been on a safari in Kenya, Tanzania and South Africa, snorkeled with manta rays in Hawaii and sharks in the Galápagos Islands. I spotted sloths in Costa Rica and watched in awe as hundreds of elephants gathered together in Sri Lanka. I’ve hiked around Machu Picchu, been inside one of the Great Pyramids, and walked on the Great Wall of China. I love taking food tours and meeting locals to find hidden gems. Some of my favorite less traveled destinations include Madeira, Slovenia, a Christmas market trip to France and Switzerland, and Taiwan. Some of my favorite US destinations outside of Disney, include Maui, the Finger Lakes region in New York, Mackinac Island in Michigan, and San Diego, California.

In the last few years, I’ve also made several trips to Disney destinations including Walt Disney World and getting to have fun trick or treating at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, Disneyland Paris and multiple stays at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa on Oahu. My daughter’s favorite place in the world is Hawaii and Aulani has become my family’s happy place and we are already planning multiple return trips to both Hawaii and Aulani. One of my travel dreams is to make it to all the international Disney properties!

Traveling the world has been my passion and now seeing the world through my daughter’s eyes has opened my eyes even more to more excitement and places to visit. I am a better person for having seen as much of the world as I have. I’ve had so many memories from trips and I love looking back at all the pictures we’ve taken to relive those trips and destinations years down the line. I also keep a pretty detailed travel journal that I use to make a photo book when we return.

One of my tips on how we are able to travel so much is I’m always looking for flight deals. We’ve been known to drive to Detroit or even Chicago on occasion from Columbus because they sometimes have cheaper or a larger selection of direct flights. I’m happy to put the same effort into finding you a deal or a creative flight option to get you to your destination faster or cheaper!
