Hello fellow Disney lovers! My name is Ashley Evans and my passion for all things Disney has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. My first trip to Disney World was in 1990 at the age of 7, and from that moment on, I was hooked!
My love for Disney led me to become an intern with the Walt Disney World College Program in 2002. During my time there, I had the incredible opportunity to work at the ABC Commisary Restaurant and as a food vendor at the Fantasmic! nighttime show at Disney MGM Studios (now Hollywood Studios). After my internship, I continued my involvement with the program by becoming a Disney College Program Campus Representative, where I helped recruit new participants.
In 2008, I married my husband Jerrod, and we celebrated our honeymoon at Disney World. A few years later, we welcomed our son, Luke, into the world, and our first family trip to Disney followed in 2018. Now, we are proud to call ourselves a true Disney family!
In addition to my personal experiences with Disney, I am also a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge and a Universal Studios specialist. As someone who has celiac disease, I understand the challenges of dining with dietary restrictions, and I make it my mission to help others with gluten allergies navigate Disney and Universal’s many dining options.
I am incredibly passionate about sharing my love for Disney with others and helping families create magical and unforgettable vacations, no matter the destination.
